He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynne Frick; his children, Nikki Raughton (Mike), Charles, Brooks (Ladonna) and Chris Brooks (Carly); his grandchildren, Kira Smith (Zack), T. J. Raughton, Destiny Brooks (Emory), Charles "Tyler" Brooks (Kara) and Chase Brooks; his great grandchildren, Ander Smith, Bowen Smith, Calla Smith, Ashliee Brooks, Dallas Brooks, Alston Brooks, Colton Brooks, Charles "Jayce" Brooks, Pasleigh Brooks, Pippa Lawson and Zoe Rix; and his sister Marie Brantley.
