He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hayes Grogan and Ruth Lemacks Grogan; and his sister Helen Sharpe. He is survived by: his wife Kay Grogan of Sale City; his children, Paige Grogan Huey (Stan) of Camilla and Matt Grogan of Watkinsville; his siblings, Hilda Rushing of Statesboro, Shirley Lodge of Lake Blackshear, Kent Grogan (Jennifer) of Sale City and Colby Grogan (Marlene) of Sale City; and his granddaughter Caroline Huey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
