She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Lasseter and Margaret Smith Lasseter; her husband Curtis William Swain; her son Jackie Swain; her brother Dwight; her sister-in-law Sue Lasseter; and her son-in-law Ronnie Thompson, Sr. (Swain).
She is survived by: her children, John W. Swain (Terrie) of Sale City, Roger D. Swain (Ann) of Preston, Anthony "Punk" Swain of Sale City and Janet "Sis" Thompson of Sale City; her siblings, Oneda Cornelious (David), Kathy Demarcus (Don), Robert "Buddy" Lasseter and Wayne Lasseter (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Jared Swain (Rebecca), Jacob Swain (Paige), Michael Swain (Haley), Ronnie Thompson, Jr. (Tomilynn), Jay Thompson (Brooke), LeAnn Watson (Chip), Bayleigh Swain, Mikie Newsome (Emily) and Mandy Harrell (Greg). She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
