He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cecil Joiner and Geraldine Adams Joiner; and his sister Cecile "Elaine" Joiner. He is survived by: his wife Noel Elizabeth Devlin Joiner of Saint Simon's Island; his sons, Luke of Savannah, Brian of Dallas, Texas and Michael of Camas, Washington; his grandchildren, Brendan, Sawyer and Hannah; his aunt Patricia DeVane of Hernando, Florida; and his sister-in-law Carol Devlin (Baby Sister) of Meridian, Idaho.
