It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Cofer Thompson of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cofer and Ruby Cofer; and her siblings, Virginia Cofer Goebel, Sameul Thomas Cofer (Sam), Frances Cofer Bowman, Ruby Claire Cofer, Henry Jackson Cofer Jr. (Jack) and Patty.
She is survived by: her daughter Tara Stephens (Steve Stephens); her grandsons, Mitchell Stephens (Brittany) and Trey Stephens (Jamie); her great grandchild Collins; and her sister Edith Cofer Parker.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles.
