John Emil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Florentin Lindgren and Annie Lee Gray Lindgren; his wife Barbara; his brothers, Ed and Gray Lindgren; and his granddaughter Frances Whitehead Lindgren.
He is survived by: his son Jones Lindgren (Mary) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Mary Craig, Chapman and Kate; his son Stan Lindgren (Beth) of Radnor; his grandchildren, Jack and Maly; and his sister Mary Anne Douglass (Edo) of Augusta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
