He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Outlaw and Doris L. Outlaw; his wife Becky Watson Outlaw; and his son Charles Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Hendrix (Randy) of Metter, GA, Josh Tucker (Jolie) of Belvedere Island, GA and Leanne Hale (Jeff) of Watkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, Blake Hendrix (Brittany), Rand Hendrix (Jessica), Lindy Chester (Ches), Brooke Tucker, Bland Tucker, Abigail Tucker, Finn Tucker, Annalise Hale and Jack Hale; his sisters, Dianne Pake of Morehead City, NC and Janelle Yaskiewicz of Fernandina Beach, FL; his nephews, Randy Jones and Cam Pridgen; and his niece Kelly Probst.
