He is survived by: his wife Laurel Ann Barnes; his children, Cara Lofton (Darryl), Kristin Staten (Edward) and Barry W. Eberhart, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Alix Staten, Alexus Staten, Austin Staten and Christopher W. VanAtta.
