With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Haag of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, born in Buffalo Center, Iowa, who passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haag and Vilo Haag (Hanson); and his siblings, John, James, Jerome and Debra.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Haag of St. Simons Island; his children, Christopher Haag (Susan) of Bloomington, Michael Haag of Carlinville, Ill. and Valerie Haag of Naples, Fla.; his grandchildren, Alexander, Stephanie and Natalie; and his siblings, Dyrald Haag (Jayne) of Alpharetta and Cynthia Henning (Jeffrey) of Naples, Fla..
Social distancing guidelines will be observed during the visitation and funeral service and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Alzheimer's Association.
