He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Tupps and Edith I. Tupps of Galion, OH.; and his wife Helen Louise Tupps. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas M. Tupps (Cathie) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Brett D. Tupps (Julie) of Ocean View, DE; and his grandchildren, Thomas A. Tupps of Atlanta, GA, Karine Little of Kingsland, GA, Cara Staley (Derrick) of Atlanta, GA, Heather Famularo (Gian) of Peregian Beach, QLD and Shannon McDowell (Matthew) of Ocean View, DE. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
