He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell "Frank" and Edith Glover Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Jenifer Elliott (James) of Alma, GA; his brother Russell Collins Jr. (Lisa) of Augusta, GA; and his grandson Logan Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a multitude of very close friends.
