He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Webster Mills, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Robbins Mills of Concord, NC; his wife Leonora A. Mills of St. Marys; his sons, Christopher A. Mills of St. Marys, John E. Mills of St. Marys and Joshua B. Mills of Boston, MA; his grandchild Kelly Mills of St. Marys; and his siblings, Monty Mills of Concord, NC and Robin Mills Overcash (Dale) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
