Pettijohn; his daughters, Tina Higginbotham (John) and Victoria Caruso-Messina (Nick); his grandchildren, Larry Caruso and Josey; his sister Marti S. Fontenrose (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Kevin Toothman, Dan Gloger, Jr., Paul Fontenrose, Amy Fulmer and Michelle Suling.
