He is survived by: his wife Anne Hayes; his children, Joshua Hayes, Amanda Hayes, Dr. Sarah Jillson (Garrett Gandia) and Justin Hayes (Lauren); his sisters, Denise Hayes, Rebecca Smith, Colleen Clauson (Rick) and Dawn Hayes; and his grandchildren, Dylan Cisco, Amelia Hayes and Brayden Gandia.
