We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2023, at the age of 66, Richard Barlow of Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Winston Barlow, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Sanderson Barlow of Kingsland, GA; his sister Rhonda Barlow (Matt) of Archer, Florida.; his daughter Laura Deeb (Michael) of Chamblee, GA; his grandchildren, Carter Deeb and Emilia Deeb of Chamblee; and his brother Winston Barlow (Judy) of Gassaway. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
