Though Rebecca may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Thomas and Katie Thomas; and her grandson Sawyer Eberhardt (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). She is survived by: her husband Charles E Eberhardt; her sons, Charles H. Eberhardt of Charleston, SC and James D. Eberhardt of Atlantic Beach, FL; and her grandsons, Owen T. Eberhardt, Adam H. Eberhardt of Charleston and Lexi.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1000 E Indian River Rd, Norfolk, VA 23523).
