It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Outlaw Jc of Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Jr. Outlaw. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Outlaw of St. Marys; his children, Heather Vanzant (Darrell) of White Oak and James Outlaw (Ami) of Jacksonville; his sisters, Sharon Woods (Thomas) and Sheila Buchanan (Henry); and his grandchildren, Hayden Outlaw, Brooke Vanzant, Camden Outlaw, Hunter Vanzant and Melodi Outlaw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in J.C's name to the CC Quarterback Club.
