She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Pearl Portulas Sloan; and her husband Clyde Allison Chapman, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Allyson Chapman of Brunswick, Sloan Chapman Tindall (Timmy) of Brunswick and Al Chapman, III (Chrissy) of Statesboro; her grandchildren, Hannah, Logan, Timothy Tindall of Brunswick, Landon and Reid Chapman of Statesboro; and her sisters, Catherine Sloan Bailey and Pearl 'Dusty' Sloan of Brunswick.
