He is survived by: his wife Cathy Harrison Rice; his son Major Kevin Ray Rice; his stepson James West Page (April) of Blackshear, GA; his grandchildren, Garrett Page, Stetson Page and Gracelynn Page of Blackshear, GA.; his sister-in-law Mary Blanche Rice of Brunswick, GA; his nieces, Edie Hipchen (Phil) of Brunswick, GA and Robyn Kicklighter (Scott) of Woodbine, GA.; his brother-in-law Charles Erwin Harrison (Debra) of Jackson, GA; and his niece Rebekah Claire Harrison of Birmingham, AL.
