He is survived by: his mother Michelle Chaney Carle (Rich) of Patterson; his daughter Gracelynn Mae Douglas of Evans, Georgia; his father David Douglas, Jr. (Holly) of Woodbine; his siblings, Jay Galloway, Joshua Douglas, Cole Douglas, Olivia Douglas, Cassia Douglas and Amelia Douglas; and his grandparents, Alton Chaney of St. Marys, Ralph Douglas of Spartanburg and Jackie Vest of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
