She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Lentz; her parents, Martha Knemeyer and Edward Knemeyer; and her siblings, Ray, Mildred, Beatrice, Willie and Dale.
She is survived by: her sons, John David, Frank (Helen), Kevin (Lynn) and Paul Lentz (Laurie); her grandchildren, James Lentz, Adam Lentz (Erin), Leslie Stovall (Akeem), Christopher Lentz, Leah Herron (Major) and Jon Paul Lentz (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Aiden, Addison, Greyson, Harper, Allectra, Lena and Wilder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
