He is survived by: his mother Bessie Mancill of Jacksonville, Florida; his wife Louise Mancill of St. Marys, Georgia; his sister Angela Tekin of Jacksonville, Florida; and his nieces, Meredith Tekin Holmes (Cory) of Jacksonville, Florida and Allison Tekin of Jacksonville, Florida.
