It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Griffin Kidd in Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Crate Bailey and Amanda Hughes Bailey; her husbands, Charles Griffin and Rabun Kidd; her son Ricky Griffin; and her siblings, Charles, Owen Bailey, Shirley Worley, Connie Wilson and Ruby Nell Bowers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Lawrence (Jeff) of Lavonia and Pam Wright (Jerry) of Lavonia; her sister Frances Smith of Anderson, SC; and her grandchildren, Nicole Wright, Josh Lawrence, Justin Wright, Trisha Lawrence and Caleb Wright. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
