He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Foy and Beverly Thorpe Waters; and his brother Lemuel Foy Waters, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Anderson Waters; his daughters, Denise Waters Cummings (Rich) and Dana Waters Goodrich (Roger); his grandchildren, Klayton Cook, Sydney Walton and Julia Vicars; his brother Bobby Waters (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Janice K. Waters.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the family has requested that all in attendance wear a mask and practice social distancing.
