With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Toliver of Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Hopewell, Virginia, who passed away on April 25, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Senior and Ola Toliver; and his brother Kenneth Toliver. He is survived by: his sister Gwen Bush of Gainesville Florida; his children, Debra Walker of St. Marys, David Toliver (Charmane) of St. Marys and Angela Spikes (Ricky) of Yulee Florida; and his sister-in-law Joan Mauldin of Yulee Florida. He is also survived by numerous grand children, great grand children and great, great grandchildren.
