He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Barlow Bell of Ludowici; his mother Beverly Barlow of St. Marys; his siblings, Joy B. Smith of Ludowici, Dennis B. Barlow (Shannon) of Valdosta and Chris Barlow (Sarah) of Woodbine; and his grandchildren, Carrollynn and Cayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
