He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Clements and Alene Passmore Clements; and his sisters, Mattie Dale Clements and Drucilla Clements. He is survived by: his children, Daniel "Danny" Frank Clements (Liz) of Chesapeake, Frank David Clements (Victoria) of Kingsland, Tonya Hamilton of Jesup and Toni Williams (Stacey) of Jesup, Georgia; and his sister Lelia Wiley (Leonard) of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
