It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Lee Boone Jr. of Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Woodbine, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton "Jepp" Boone, and Hilda Boone, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Grace Boone of St. Marys; his children, Stacy Boone of St. Marys and Richard Boone of Hortense; his sisters, Donna Pickering (Scott) of Kingsland and Sandra Dixon (Mike) of Kingsland; his grandson Kosta; and his close friend McGinn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Mr. Boone's name to Westside Baptist Church in St. Marys, Ga.
