He is survived by: his wife Janet Davis; his daughter Kelly Davis (Ryan Steedley) of Folkston, GA; his father Joe Welch (Joyce) of St. George, GA; his siblings, Billy Atwood of St. George, GA, Joel "Jody" Welch of Macclenny, FL, Lisa Powell (Larry) of St. George, GA, Patty McCoy (Buddy) of St. George, GA and Ruth Lee (Mikie) of Macclenny, FL; and his cousin Charlotte Mizell (Bo) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
