He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B. Jones and Clara Garland Jones; and his brother Henry Allen Jones. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Jones; his daughters, Hope (Bobby Walker) and Faith (Terry Olson); his great grandchildren, Garrett, Kenzie Alford and Evalynn; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Jones, Ruby Biddy, Gladys Johnson and Charlotte Wooten.
The family request no flowers and would like donations to be made in his honor to Pine Log Methodist Church or Children's Health Care of Atlanta.
