She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Monroe Battles and Lillie Vinnie Battles; her husband Henry Grady Head; her son Jody Dean Head; and her siblings, Robert Battles, Mary Battles, Nell Fountain, Ethel Ruth Battles and Francis Battles.
She is survived by: her son Dale Head (Christina); her grandsons, Joseph Head, Steven Head and Michael McIntyre; her great grandchild Henry Joseph Head; and her nieces, Janie Rodgers and Bobbie Lewis.
