He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Lockaby and Viola Young Lockaby; his siblings, Billy Joe Lockaby, Raymond Lockaby and Shirley Robinson; and his nephews, Terry, Ricky and Scott Waits.
He is survived by: his children, Jackson Lockaby (Raya), Angela Hight (Clint) and Anna Ginnity (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Juliana O'Neal (Brady), Jax Lockaby, Jazlyn Lockaby, Luke Hight and Finley Ginnity; and his great grandchild Adeline O'Neal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to DAV.org, an organization Jack felt strongly about.
