It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Mann of Rutledge, Georgia, born in Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Mann and Runell Mann; and his daughter Renee Shelnutt. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Frix Mann; his children, Michelle Harvey of Bishop and Michael Mann; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Matthew, Dylan, Madison, Kaitlyn and Riley; his great grandchildren, Gracie and Weston; and also Katie Johnson of Rutledge. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many close friends.
