He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Emoline Wofford and John T. Brockman Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nellie S. Brockman; his children, Dorothy Mitchell (Dollie) and John Brockman III (Tommy); his grandchildren, Michael Ray Mitchell and Katherine S. Gray; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Heath Gray and Kieran Madison Gray.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in John's honor.
