She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Eugene Parrott and Vida Lee Roberson Parrott. She is survived by: her children, David Self, Angela Self, Leah Fortner, Jonathan Self and Jehu Self; and her siblings, Lanny Parrott, Lee Parrott and Terry Dance. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
