He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Sims and Julie Hooper Sims; his wife Eunice Stewart Sims; his children, Connie Rudd, Carl Sims, Jr., Larry Stewart, Judy Pepper and Cindy Butler; and his grandchildren, Allen Rudd, Darrell Crawford, Danny Crawford, Amber Walker, Cassidy Sims, Riley Sims, Amber Pepper, Christie Pepper, Nicki, Natalie, Bianca, Brandon and Nathan. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
