He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hilton and Rosa Hilton; his siblings, Johnny Andrews, Ted Hilton, Mike Hilton and Patsy Hilton; and his brother-in-law Danny Glenn.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Hilton; his children, Rick Hilton Jr. (Beth), Brittany Hilton and Chris Gojanovich; his granddaughter Ryleigh Rowland; and his siblings, Shirley Gailey (Bill), Elaine Carr, Judy Bobb (Jim), Alice Glenn and Vince Hilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
