He is survived by: his parents, Paul Edward and Janette Bernice Nation Ballenger Sr.; his brother Edward Ballenger; his children, Amanda (Jeffery Lord), Jennifer Ballenger, Steven Ballenger and Josh Wade Elberton; and his siblings, Shirley (Andy Mckie), Brenda Goodwin, William Ballenger, Robert Ballenger, Clinton Ballenger and Homer. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
