He was predeceased by: his parents, Sloan D. Kelley and Nalma Stewart Kelley; and his siblings, Ed Kelley, Frank Kelley, George Kelley and Betty Dickerson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Reed Kelley; his sons, Ronald Kelley (Martha Sue) of Canon and Dale Kelley (Robin) of Canon; his grandchildren, A. J. Kelley (Hannah) of Canon and Christy Yeargin (Ted) of Bowersville; and his great grandchildren, Colt Yeargin, Ty Yeargin and Easton Kelley.
