It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelda Margaret Haynes Dickson of Royston, Georgia, born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Haynes; and her husband James Douglas Dickson, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Dickson (Carol) of Hickory, NC and Richard Dickson (Barbara) of Royston, GA; and her brother David Haynes (Jeri) of Arlington, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
