She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Maret and Sophia Randall Maret; and her siblings, Kathleen Jackson, Annie Akin, Henrietta Mabry, Jo Nix, Marguerite LeCroy, Karl Duane Maret and Randall Maret.
She is survived by: her husband Lendon Gibbs; her daughters, Vickie Gibbs (Aaron Sollars) and Diane Gibbs (John Smith); her siblings, Sue Maret, Bette Cowles (Bob) and Charles Maret (Sarah); and her granddaughter Layla Sollars. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
