She is survived by: her siblings, Robin Haslam of Woodsfield, OH, Robin Nothacker (Jeff), Sheila Phillips, Jody Adams (Christopher), Addy Allen (Mickey), Randy D. Hughey (Debbie) and Joseph Hughey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
