She is survived by: her husband Ralph B Turner, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Mary and Holmes; her brother Ronald Welborn; her children, Shelia Scruggs (Johnny), Tammy Fox (Rich) of Charlotte, NC, Bo Paris (Tina) of Kingston, GA, Jennifer Veal (Bradley), Adam Turner and Cornelia; and her brother Jimmy Welborn of Royston, GA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
