He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cheryl Elizabeth Powell of Toccoa and Clifford Eugene Shiflet; his son Michael Shiflet; his sisters, Stacey Goff Champion (Tim) and Michele Braxton (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Breanna Martinez, Gracie Louise Braxton, Evie Braxton, Jacob Goff and Henry Braxton; and his fiancée Shawna Spencer.
