He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Boyd Couch and Cindy Jo Nelms; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Tina Summers; his sister Jamie; his brother-in-law Jay Bambarger; his nephews, Jacob Summers and Tyler Summers; and his cousins, Lamar Nelms and Derek Nelms. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
