He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cain and Irene Davis Cain; and his daughter Kimberly Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Phillips Osborne; and his daughters, Stacy Osborne, Amy Willoughby (Stacy) and Jessica Osborne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
