He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clifton Vickery and Dessie Mae Brown Vickery; his son Brian Vickery; and his siblings, Thomas Vickery, Sarah Hillhouse, Doris Rainey and Gladys Davenport.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Vaughn Vickery; his son Keith Vickery (Laura) of Royston; his grandchildren, Britani Link (Rusty), Jenna Vickery and Lexie Vickery; and his great grandchild Raegan Link.
