He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Carolyn Booker. He is survived by: his children, Ed Booker (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN, Susan Booker of Woodstock, GA and Michael Booker (Kristy) of St. Louis, MO.; his grandchildren, Stacy Robinson, Stephen Booker, Joshua Booker, Caleb Booker, Jonny Booker, Isaac Booker and Kenzie Booker; and his great grandchildren, Jude Booker and Miles Robinson.
