He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eaves and Robena Eaves; and his former wife Harriet Powell Eaves. He is survived by: his children, Harold Walter Eaves (Hal) and Janet E. Neese; his son-in-law Randy; his grandson Joshua (Barbara); his great grandchild Dylan; his sister Peggy Culver of Ft. Worth; his nephew Ricky Culver (Suzie) of Conyers; and his niece Pam Callahan (Don).
