She is survived by: her husband James Lapak Jr. of Roswell Georgia; her parents, James and Judith; and her siblings, Julie Martin (Ben), Jeanne Lapak (Tom Tracy), Jonathon Lapak (Kate Leppanen) and Jeffrey Lapak (Katie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
